Depending on the circumstances, we may process your information:

  • With your consent;

  • To comply with applicable legal obligations;

  • To protect the vital interests of you or another individual;

  • To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or

  • Where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, online services, or applications that are not operated or controlled by Pasadena Media.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not constitute an endorsement of the third party or its services.

Any information you provide to a third-party website is governed by that organization's privacy policy and terms of use, not this Privacy Notice. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

6. Cookies and Automatic Data Collection

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, improve performance, analyze usage, and enhance the user experience.

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, Pasadena Media generally does not retain personal information for more than two (2) years.

When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it. If immediate deletion is not feasible, such as information maintained in secure backup systems, we will protect the information until deletion becomes possible.

8. How We Protect Your Information
